Use Case:
As an incident responder
I want to reassign (or add responder) to an incident where I know part of an Escalation Policy’s tag value
Currently I can find the Escalation Policy if I know part of the EP name (“fulltext” search):
I’m also able to filter by tags. But tags search compares the tags against a “starts with” search:
But it does not work as a “fulltext” search:
I would like to have the same “fulltext” search for tags as for EP names.
Note: AFAIU the popup is pretty the same for reassign and add responder. So this tags fulltext search should be available on both.
